Lindsay is an Executive, working in our Court of Protection team, where she works closely with our clients to provide advice and support, both to them and their families on the end of a phone, by email or in person. 

She makes sure the that day to day management of the client's financial lives is looked after - from arranging mobile phones, to paying bills, insuring vehicles and properties or even helping with arranging holidays.

She is often in very regular contact with clients and works as part of a team with our solicitors on each professional deputyship matter, under the guidance of the Deputy.

Lindsay has worked in the Court of Protection field for some years, with a great deal of experience of looking after a full range clients who lack capacity and their families, particularly over the telephone and in helping them to sort out day to day practical issues, like mobile phone contracts and money management.
