If you would like our expert solicitors to help you through the process then our fees are:

£375 plus VAT at 20% (£450) for either a Lasting Power of Attorney for Financial Decisions or a Lasting Power of Attorney for Health and Care Decisions.

£550 plus VAT at 20% (£660) for both Lasting Powers of Attorney.

£325 plus VAT at 20% (£390) for an Advance Decision document or “living will”.

There is also a registration fee of £82 paid to the Office of the Public Guardian for each Lasting Power of Attorney registered; this may be reduced if you are on a low income or in receipt of certain benefits. In the event that there is any doubt about your capacity, then additional fees may apply.
