As Professional Deputy, we act as employer of the Support Workers and Personal Assistants who look after our clients in their homes.

Our specialist Employment and HR team provide a full range of services and support for clients, their families and the employed Support Workers and Personal Assistants including:

• Contracts of employment and Employee Handbooks, tailored to the needs of each client and team;
• pre-employment checks including DBS;
• Payroll and time sheet management;
• Holiday and absence management;
• Conduct of grievance processes on behalf of the employer;
• Conduct of disciplinary procedures on behalf of the employer;
• Safeguarding issues arising in respect of Support Worker employment;
• Conduct and Capability issues.
