Tania is a Senior Associate Solicitor who joined the Hugh Jones Solicitors Private Client Team in 2016 and has over 30 years’ experience of Private Client matters. Tania is a Director of the Hugh Jones Trust Corporation which acts as corporate trustee and executor. 

Tania assists clients to prepare for their own and their families’ futures, this may include the use of wills, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney and reflects the individual needs of each client, whether their concerns are about who will receive their estate, protection of vulnerable children after their death, care home fees, inheritance tax or how their affairs will be dealt with if they were to lose the ability to deal with their own finances. 

Tania has a great deal of experience and a particular interest in probate and the administration of complex estates; she also administers trusts and completes tax returns.
