Laura is an experienced Legal Executive with over ten years' experience in Court of Protection and mental capacity work. She works closely with Director Jill Rushton to assist with her clients as well as managing her own caseload of clients.

Laura has several years of experience working in the Court of Protection for vulnerable clients who have a brain injury or a mental illness such as dementia and is a Dementia Friend. Laura knows the challenges clients who lack capacity, and their families, can face and is dedicated to delivering excellent client care.
Laura also spent time working in mental health law, assisting with representing clients with mental illnesses detained under The Mental Health Act in Mental Health Tribunal proceedings and has a sound understanding of how the law protects and safeguards vulnerable individuals in society.
