Hayley joined Hugh Jones Solicitors in September 2020 as an HR Advisor, part of a team of 6 HR specialists.

Hayley works with and supports the Support Workers directly employed by our clients through their professional deputy.  She will deal with a wide range of employee relations issues, advising employees, team leaders and family members.

Hayley has previously worked as an HR Advisor for an NHS health board  employing over 17,000 people delivering services to over half a million residents.  In this role her experience included many aspects of HR work including:

• employee disciplinary hearings
• general employment advice and support including safe guarding, development training;
• employment investigations around  pay, misconduct and  tribunals as well as support with organisational change within NHS.
