Martyn is a Welfare Benefits specialist in our Court of Protection team.

As the firm's specialist Welfare Benefits Advisor, he advises both clients and other members of the Hugh Jones Solicitors team to ensure that clients receive the benefits to which they are entitled.

Before joining Hugh Jones Solicitors and working as a Case Worker and Welfare Benefits, Martyn had several years' experience of Court of Protection work.  Previously, he had gained very useful legal experience as a conveyancer and dealing with debt recovery and private client work.
