Lucy joined the firm’s Case Worker team in 2022, following 15 years of experience in this role at another practice.

Lucy has a significant level of experience working with clients with impaired capacity, and their families, in the management of their financial affairs. She ensures that the day to day financial affairs of our deputyship clients are looked after - from arranging mobile phones, to paying bills, insuring vehicles and properties or even helping with arranging holidays.

Lucy builds strong relationships with her clients, their families and other professionals and believes that this is vital to ensure that the client’s financial needs are met. She is often the first point of contact for clients and works as part of a team with a solicitor or executive on each professional deputyship matter, under the guidance of the Deputy.
