Throughout this year, firm director Catherine Eassom has been delivering training on 2024’s Court of Protection updates, analysing the impact of changing costs and case law.
Recognised by the Legal 500 2025 as a Leading Associate, Catherine has an extensive background in Court of Protection matters. She has worked with many clients and their families to manage significant damage awards to maximise their rehabilitation and quality of life. She is closely involved with managing damages pre- and post-settlement and works with her clients, their families, the litigation team, and the case manager to ensure that damage awards are used effectively.
