Legal Secretary, Private Client - full time, hybrid working

We are looking for an experienced Private Client secretary with strong document creation and telephone skills to join our firm.

The successful candidate must have experience of supporting lawyers with typing from dictation. drafting documents and correspondence, and providing administrative support, e.g. filing, making client appointments, dealing with simple client enquiries and setting up meetings.

We have a high level of contact over the phone from our clients and the successful candidate will be someone who enjoys dealing with clients over the telephone and who has at least 2 years' Private Client experience in another law firm.

Our Private Client team's work includes wills, trusts and estate administration and the successful candidate should have experience of at least 2, and preferably 3, of these areas.

We use the SOS case management system and our secretarial/support team is close knit and help each other out.

The successful candidate will be able to work from home 2/3 days per week if desired, following a period of induction and training.  See more about the firm's approach to hybrid working here.
