Compliance Administrative Assistant - part time/hybrid working/school hours

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a professional services firm, to work as an administrative assistant in our compliance team.

Reporting to the Associate Solicitor for compliance, the successful candidate will be provided with full training and responsibilities will include:

Key attributes

The successful candidate must have experience of administrative work in a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm. Strong keyboard/IT skills are essential, including ability work in Excel, including setting up and extracting data from spreadsheets.  A candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they are well organised and thorough in their work, as attention to detail is essential.

Working arrangements

We are looking for someone to work approximately 21 hours per week, spread over 4 days, so the role would suit someone wishing to work school hours.

The successful candidate will be able to work from home 2 days per week if desired, following a period of induction and training.  See more about our approach to hybrid working here.

Salary and benefits – full time equivalent

Start date:           As soon as possible

Salary range:      Competitive and depending on existing skills and experience.
