Georgina Rowley is a consultant solicitor in the Court of Protection team at Hugh Jones Solicitors.
She qualified as a solicitor in January 2001 and has spent her professional life working as a health advisory/Court of Protection specialist.
She also acts as an independent chair of NHS continuing care review hearings.

Georgina trained as a civil mediator in 2016 and provides mediation services in relation to Court of Protection and health and welfare cases including cases concerning the withdrawal of life sustaining treatment.
She lectures widely on the benefits of mediation in these cases and has trained the health and social care sector on conflict management and communication in partnership with the Medical Mediation Foundation.
Georgina regularly provides training on the Mental Capacity Act to the health and social care sector.
