Paul is an Administrator and an Associate Legal Executive, working in our Court of Protection team.
Our Administrators are at the heart of our service to our professional Deputyship clients. It is their role to provide advice and support to clients and their families on the end of a phone, by email or in person. They make sure the that day to day management of the client's financial lives is looked after - from arranging mobile phones, to paying bills, insuring vehicles and properties or even helping with arranging holidays.
Administrators are often in very regular contact with clients and work as part of a team with a solicitor or executive on each professional deputyship matter, under the guidance of the Deputy.
Paul's previous experience included work in local government and at the Britannia Building Society and he has considerable conveyancing experience. For the past four years he has worked as an Administrator with responsibility for the day to day financial and property needs for elderly, child and adult clients who have lost mental capacity.
He works closely with Hugh and the firm’s solicitors in ensuring that the clients best interests are protected at all times, whilst building on the client/solicitor relationship whenever possible.
Paul also works with Kate Forster, assisting Court of Protection clients with residential property advice.
