Martyn is an Administrator in Court of Protection team.
Our Administrators are at the heart of our service to our professional Deputyship clients. It is their role to provide advice and support to clients and their families on the end of a phone, by email or in person. They make sure the that day to day management of the client's financial lives is looked after - from arranging mobile phones, to paying bills, insuring vehicles and properties or even helping with arranging holidays.
Administrators are often in very regular contact with clients and work as part of a team with a solicitor or executive on each professional deputyship matter, under the guidance of the Deputy.
Martyn joined Hugh Jones Solicitors in March 2014. Martyn is one of the firm's specialist Welfare Benefits Advisors and advises both clients and other members of the Hugh Jones Solicitors team to ensure that clients receive the benefits to which they are entitled.
Before joining Hugh Jones Solicitors, Martyn had several years' experience of Court of Protection work. Previously, he had gained very useful legal experience as a conveyancer and dealing with debt recovery and private client work.
