Court of Protection secretary

We are looking for a full time secretary with experience of Court of Protection and/or  Private Client work to join our Court of Protection team. 

The successful candidate must be a touch typist and have experience of supporting lawyers with typing from dictation, drafting documents and correspondence and providing administrative support, including making appointments, dealing with client enquiries and making travel arrangements, as required.  An excellent, confident telephone manner is essential - you will be a key part of the team supporting and helping our disabled clients and their families.

Our secretarial team is expected also to help with sitting at Reception, greeting clients, making refreshments and opening post, to cover for our Reception team if needed.

We need everyone in the firm to have a caring but professional approach – high standards of personal service to our clients are essential.

Start date:         As soon as available

Salary range:     Competitive, depending on existing skills and experience.
