Court of Protection Administrator– fee earner role

We are looking for a person with experience of the role, to join our Court of Protection team as an Administrator, working full time. 

Our Administrators work with our team of lawyers, to look after our Court of Protection clients.  Many of our clients have a brain injury or have lost capacity because of illness such as Dementia.  We look after their property and financial affairs, working closely with them, their families and carers.

Work will include daily contact with clients, their families and carers both on the telephone and through annual home visits.  Administrators are often the first point of contact for clients and their families and help them with a wide range of practical and financial arrangements, from paying bills, to purchasing vehicles and helping clients stay within a budget.

We encourage our team members to develop their skills and knowledge, through mentoring and structured training.

Start date:           As soon as available

Salary:                £23,000 upwards, depending on experience
