We are regularly asked to take over as Professional Deputy from other solicitors - in fact, 15% of our new clients are transferring from another professional deputy. This might be because the person who used to act as Deputy has left their law firm or because families are unhappy with the service they receive or the Deputy's costs.
Why are we different?
We have the largest team of experienced, qualified staff to look after Court of Protection clients on a single site, in the UK and members of our team have the longest experience in the country. Our team is supportive, flexible and committed to empowering clients to have as much involvement as possible in the management of their money and property. We are one of the few firms who are happy to act as Joint Deputy with a non-solicitor, usually a family member.
Service to you
Our team is easy to contact and we return calls straight away but we are not intrusive and support clients and families in their choices.
Deputy's costs
We charge on a lower fee scale than all other firms in central Manchester and all other major legal centres around the country, which makes our charges automatically less than other firms.
